I create maps that use data to tell personal stories about places that matter to me and try to evoke feelings like wonder and nostalgia through map interactivity.
I am a geospatial software engineer on Mapbox’s Imagery team, where I process and enhance satellite and aerial image data. Before starting at Mapbox, I received an M.S.E. in Data Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where I focused on applied machine learning methods and datasets, and spent a summer as a Data Science for Social Good fellow, analyzing heart ultrasounds with ML.
